Montessori in Your Home Workshop for Parents is presented by Montessori Certified Teachers, Laura Salazar-Hardy and Yoonju Um. Learn some practical ways to create a nurturing home environment for children. Topics will include: separation anxiety, sleep and routine. Dear Families, Wow it is hard to believe that February has come to a close! We had a very busy month and lot of fun celebrating Valentine’s Day by sharing cards and preparing strawberries and cream to enjoy together. February flew by, as always! The Willow room worked hard making strawberry shortcake for Valentine’s Day, they enjoyed cooking pancakes to celebrate Fat Tuesday, and discussed the history of both holidays. They also found an aloe vera leaf at the grocery store during their bi-weekly snack shopping and decided to try eating it, after learning about the many health benefits.
