For over twenty-five years our school has given children the tools necessary to become independent, confident learners using the Montessori method. Children's Tree Montessori is a 501(c)(3) school, accredited through the American Montessori Society and our teaching staff are certified Montessori teachers.Our approach goes beyond the limitations and expectations of traditional classroom education to offer parents a better choice.   • Administrative Assistant

    Children’s Tree Montessori is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, provide staff and student support, and maintain efficient office and facility management. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and personable, handling various administrative tasks to create a welcoming environment for students, parents, and visitors.


    Qualifications:

    Experience in administrative or school-based roles preferred.

    Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant administrative software (experience with Procare is a plus).

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

    Compassionate, friendly demeanor suitable for a school environment.

    The Children's Tree Montessori School in Old Saybrook, CT, is seeking an Infant/Toddler credentialed Montessori guide to join our amazing team of teachers and wonderful school community. We will consider a certification sponsorship for the right candidate. 

    The ideal candidate will have Montessori training from a MACTE accredited training center, experience working in a Montessori Infant/Toddler classroom or with ages 0-3, a love for Montessori education and a respect for all children. 


    Qualifications

    Montessori credentials in Infant/Toddler

    A minimum of 3 years experience in a Montessori Classroom

    Ability to communicate and collaborate with a team, staff, and administration

    Strong classroom management skills

    Passion for working with children and families
