The Children's Tree Montessori School grew out of a respect for the unique potential of every child. For over twenty-five years our school has given children the tools necessary to become independent, confident learners using the Montessori method. Children's Tree Montessori is a 501(c)(3) school, accredited through the American Montessori Society and our teaching staff are certified Montessori teachers.Our approach goes beyond the limitations and expectations of traditional classroom education to offer parents a better choice. Qualified candidates will have Montessori training from a MACTE accredited training center, experience working in a Montessori classroom, have a good understanding of the Montessori philosophy, a love for Montessori education and a respect for all children.

The job will require excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team, and the ability to think creatively and prepare new works to meet the needs of students. Competitive salaries and benefit packages.

Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate

Minimum of three years experience in a Montessori classroom

Good classroom management skills
